I wrote in my last blogpost that I like to wake up at 4:30 am and finish my work before 10 am. But recently this has been tough. For some reasons I am not able to sleep early. Some reasons are beyong my control and some reasons are within my control.
I don’t want to sound like a super acheiver and give you an inferiority complex. Because I am not super acheiver who crushes the day before everyone wakes up. But What I descirbed in this blogpost is that waking up at 4:30 am and crushing the most important task of the day is my idealist goal. Yes, I have managed to do it, but I have failed more. The reason is waking up at 4:30 am is tough.
So what prevents me from waking up at 4:30 am.
One of the reason I discovered is my diet. If I eat a meat based diet, i am not able to wake up early. This could be the reason that meat takes about 18 hours to digest compared to plant based diet. But then why do I eat meat?
I did eat plant based meals but I had to cook it to get the perfect match for my body. If I order from a outside place it doesn’t cut it, the vegetarian food made by restaurants are greasy and it is better you stick to meat. Really!
So You will ask why don’t I cook my meals?
I generally have 2 small meals and one big meal everyday. I would prefer to have only one meal but this is now not possible. I don’t know enough about nutrition to execute OMAD (One meal a day) diet.
So I am playing it safe, Also since I have lost weight, I cannot afford to do OMAD.
Eating more meals also tires you out
As I have said, our digestive system consume lot of energy. 3 meals and then outside food is taking a toll on my energy and my body needs more sleep time.
I am struggling to fight this, I know I have to wake up at 4:30 am and have the perfect day. But before that, I need to figure out how to eat less and still stay satiated throughout the day.
